Challenge

Customer service in Indonesia deserves AI that actually speaks Indonesian, naturally, not translated. I built a fine-tuning pipeline on a custom CS dataset, training Gemma with Unsloth to handle real support conversations in Bahasa. The dataset and model are both public.
